Cendre

Cendre comes from the same as Leigh [link]

She's a 14 years old living dead girl. That is, she died at 14. She's a bit older now.
She was killed by her aunt for being an illegitimate girl, but she refused to remain dead and became a living-dead, and took her revenge by killing her family and the whole village she lived in (most of them were present at her death since her aunt had pretended she was a witch to be free to get rid of her).
She was later adopted by a former evil wizard, with another living dead girl, and the three of them went to live in a magical city.

Cendre (though I'm hesitating with Sandre) is a smart girl who likes to have fun. On the whole she's quite wise and is sometimes the voice of reason for her adoptive uncle and sister, mostly because she holds no regret for her troubled past.
